Belief: Sigley believes that you must at all times have 2 hands on the wheel of a car or it's illegal. You furthermore cannot have anything dangling from your rear view mirror.
Why this is awesome: Because people with stick shifts are totally screwed and odds are anything that actually obstructs your view that hangs from your rear view mirror is going to break it off.

The above statement is from a law enforcement official talking about driving while eating. I just copied the second part that made my point. So officially there is no law stating that you must keep both hands on the wheel at one time, but at least one MUST be on the wheel, so no driving with knees or pulling a Tommy Lee. I figured that if we're going to make fun of Sigley, let's at least throw some facts in there.

I just got bailed out of jail. I was changing a CD while driving and a cop saw me.
Not to mention that parking tags handed out by the division of parking and traffic hang from your rear view mirror.
